Licensing

Footage: Test footage will be delivered for evaluation as a clip streamed over the Internet or a DVD with TC burn window. The fee of the test footage on clip/DVD is $300/up to an hour that will be deducted from the licensing fee in case of latter purchase.
After approval, the footage will be delivered on the format of choice, FTP, DV, Digibeta, etc. based on the client timecode list that will include necessary editing handles. The licensing fee includes the transfer price but does not include the Digibeta stock. Please supply the required stock and a shipping account for delivery for the Digibeta master.

Photography may be delivered as follows:

Images up to 720 X 540 pixels at 72dpi for web and multimedia use, available in GIF and JPEG
Images up to 6" by 4" at 300dpi for use in publishing; available in TIFF, PICT or JPEG.
Images larger than 6" by 4" and up to 11" by 14" at 300dpi for use in publishing; available in TIFF, PICT or JPEG.

Please specify the approximate image dimensions (in inches) for reproduction, the image resolution required (i.e. 300dpi) or line screen.

The licensing fees may be discounted based on the volume of purchase..
The licensing fee gives the right of unlimited use of the photograph(s) ONLY in the project they were licensed for, according to the terms specified in our Licensing Agreement.)

Delivery on CDs: You may receive the images of your choice on a CD in high-resolution 300dpi TIFF, JPEG or PICT format. The CDs are formatted for both Macintosh and Windows. There is no additional charge for the CD except the shipping costs.
Electronic image transfer: Images can be downloaded from an FTP site.

Shipping costs: $6.50 (priority mail), FedEX $13 (2-day), $16 (standard overnight), $19 (priority overnight) for US, $22.00 for FedEx International to Canada. Please call or email for a free quote for international shipping.
Taxes and Duties: Prices mentioned above do not include any taxes or duties. The buyer is responsible to pay any taxes or duties applicable.
